Liz Beh

Liz understands the ups and downs of care work, as she has been both a carer and someone who received care. As the creator of Tresacare, she wants to make spaces where care workers can relax and be honest. In her Coffee Catch Ups, Liz helps you connect with others who understand what you're going through. You can share stories, get advice, and feel supported. Her Relaxing Meditation sessions, like mini breaks, use calming voices and soothing sounds to help melt away stress.
