Liz Beh

Founder & CEO

"Having been both a care giver and care recipient, I know firsthand the impact that kindness, compassion, empathy and excellence can make." Liz founded Tresacare in 2022 when she encountered the UK care crisis for the first time and saw its real-life implications for the care sector as a whole. A former HR professional with a background in finance, Liz is a passionate advocate for raising retention rates in the care sector via improving wellbeing management for care workers.

Sean Davey

Marketing Advisor + NED

Sean supports the strategy and growth of Tresacare. He brings a decade of strategy consulting experience and has worked with global brands ranging from PlayStation to Strongbow. His specialties are in co-creation, customer insight and marketing campaigns. A philosophy graduate from UCL and a fellow cohort from the 2021/2022 Year Here social enterprise programme, Sean has done stints at London South East Colleges, Guys & St Thomas Hospitals, Healthy London Partnership and Hackney Carribean Elders.

Chloë Clarke

Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Chloë is a freelance social media manager and conent creator with a B.A. (hons) in Digital Film & Screen Arts. Thanks to her content creation background, she takes a well-rounded approach to social media management with an emphasis on building organic growth and maintaining an audience of true fans. Chloë is invested in working with brands that prioritise a positive impact, whether that be environmental, social, or via governance. Her goal is to encourage brands to take risks, be bold and shake off the lies we’ve been told about being an online company.

Krystle Wong

Content Editor & Communications Manager

Krystle supports Tresacare in marketing and communications. She brings over 8 years of experience in copywriting and brand voice development for global brands, including Bosch Power Tools and SHARE NOW (formerly car2go). As a global native, Krystle speaks six languages and is passionate about translation and editorial consistency for global brands. A former journalist, she holds a dual master's degree in journalism and economics from Sciences Po. Paris and burns for stories that make a difference. Her work has been translated in over 40 languages.
