How it works
We work with your organisation to structure a bespoke wellbeing programme that runs between 8 to 12 weeks. What it includes:

Monitoring & Evaluation
We measure outcomes using approved impact evaluation methods from the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE). Our goal is to track changes in wellbeing, burnout and retention – and we make sure your organisation receives accreditation for investing in care worker wellbeing.
Why it's worth it
Our wellbeing programmes typically run for £90–£180 per person per month. As a social enterprise, we reinvest any profit back into our organisation. Our activities include advocacy work for care workers, pro bono counselling and support, as well as providing free online trainings for care workers.
